Production unit

Annual production volumes of the steel structures reach 10 200 t.

Such a volume is being provided by a modernized production facilities equipped with up-to-date technologies – laser and plasma cutting technologies, as well as automatized welding lines.

RK Metāls employs specialists with IWE and NDT certificates, certified designers, welders. 

RK Metāls uses raw material with CE marking, produced in the Member States of the EU.

Constant inspections are being carried out for the supervision of production process and product quality, for example, constant VT, UT and MT control, paint adhesion tests, analysis of chemical and mechanical properties of raw materials, ultra-sound control, paint thickness control.
